All orders placed through are shipped via USPS and all shipping rates will be based on USPS rates. We do not do exchanges any customized and/or autographed items and all sales are final.
If you would like to return an item, email us at email@example.com to submit a support request. Be sure to include your order number, what item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Your return will be processed upon its arrival to Brand New Happy Moon Publishing. Please feel free to contact us with your order number to know the status of your return.
All items must be returned within 14 days for domestic orders, and 30 days for international orders. Returns must be in a resalable condition (unworn, unscratched or destroyed). All sales are final for wearable items such as clothing and all other merchandise unless otherwise noted.

Please note that we will include the return shipping label, but we ask customers cover the cost of the return. Refund will include shipping costs along with product cost.
wrong item/order received
If you've received:
An incorrect size or item
An order with a missing item
A damaged item
The incorrect order altogether
Click the “contact us” link to submit a support request. Be sure to include your order number and which item(s) are incorrect or damaged. Please also indicate what color is noted on the top right hand side of your packing slip.
We will send a replacement immediately with a return label so you can send us back the incorrect (or damaged) item without any additional shipping costs.
